Patrick O’Brien, the founder and CEO of Moher Properties, oversees all aspects of acquisitions, business development, and operations. Patrick started Moher Properties over 15 years ago flipping houses. He grew the business into 200 apartment units throughout Chicago’s South Side, rehabbing, stabilizing, managing and then ultimately exiting at the peak of the market in 2019.
The company then pivoted into Short-Term Rentals and is now hosting, operating and managing homes throughout the country.
